Warehouse Specialist - Parts Coordinator
We are seeking a Warehouse Specialist - Parts Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for receiving customer orders and ensuring accuracy and timeliness of processing.
You will also assist customers with product information and solutions, perform day-to-day warehouse tasks, and maintain inventory accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Parts Coordination - Accurately identify and source parts for a wide range of equipment
* Customer Support - Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and providing product information
* General Warehousing - Perform day-to-day warehouse tasks such as receiving, storing, and dispatching parts
Requirements:
* Willingness to learn and adapt
* Computer literacy and effective communication skills
* Parts ordering and processing experience (training will be provided)
* Previous experience working in a similar warehouse environment or parts coordination
This is a full-time position, Monday – Friday, 9.5 hours (including meal break) with rostered 5 hours every second Saturday. A High Risk Work Licence – Forklift is desirable, but not essential.
