Unbound Minds is one of Sydney's leading psychology practices, known for delivering exceptional mental health care rooted in evidence-based practice. But we're more than just a practice - we're a values-led community where authenticity, kindness, and continuous learning are at the heart of everything we do.
Our mission is simple but powerful. To empower individuals and families to lead healthier, more fulfilling lives. That same mission guides how we care for our clients and how we support the growth of our team.
About the Role
This is a rare and meaningful opportunity to begin your career in private practice the right way - with the right support, strong foundations, and a team that genuinely cares.
As a Provisional Psychologist at Unbound Minds, you'll benefit from:
Reduced KPIs that reflect where you are in your training journey
Weekly Board-approved individual supervision fully covered by us
Carefully managed caseloads to match your skills, capacity and confidence
A generous professional development allowance to support your growth
Opportunities to work across diverse client presentations suited to your interests
Wellness perks including a wellness allowance, birthday leave, and early access to long service leave to keep you energised and balance
A collaborative, down-to-earth culture where you're treated as a valued team member - not just a provisional.
Why Start Your Career With Us?
