With over 50 branches in the Pacific Region, the Flick team is looking for a motivated and dedicated individual to join our hygiene team. Based in our Geebung office, this role is crucial to the smooth running of our operations, supporting both office and field teams, as well as providing exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities
Responsibility for day-to-day operations in the depot including but not limited to:
Frontline management of clients through incoming and outbound calls and emails
Working with the office team to schedule and confirm works
Ensuring compliance with client sites and Flick procedures
Assisting with financial management of debt and payments
Promote products and service offerings to customers
Payroll & Administrative Duties
Position requirements
A strong work ethic, who can work well within a diverse community of highly motivated team members
Knowledge of or willingness to learn new processes
High level skills related to Microsoft suite of software
Commitment to succeed and strive to meet company goals
