Key responsibilities
Credit Decisioning: Review and assess loan applications in accordance with Inviva’s responsible lending and credit policies and procedures.
Credit Policy & Portfolio Management: Support the Head of Credit to review credit policies and assessment procedures, and assist in developing credit portfolio reporting & monitoring.
Coaching: Over time, ‘troubleshoot’ and support customer facing and middle office staff on tasks they perform such as: initial review of applications for eligibility, verification of customer documents and financial position, identifying key issues/gaps in applications that may require further information or discussion with customers.
Other responsibilities: As Inviva is a growing company, the role will have the opportunity to have a real influence and exposure to many parts of the business. This may include:
- Contributing to reports to the executive management team
- Supporting implementation of Inviva’s wider Enterprise Risk Management Framework
- Supporting compliance with Comprehensive Credit Reporting obligations
- Advising on process improvement
- Other credit risk initiatives.

- Experience in reverse mortgages or credit lending preferred, but not essential
