About the Role:
* Manage and support key accounts to ensure exceptional experiences with Nutricia products and services.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals in public and private hospitals, community settings, and oncology to optimize patient and organizational outcomes.
* Educate customers on Nutricia's product portfolio and the evidence supporting best practices.
* Develop and execute account plans based on mutually beneficial value drivers to support healthcare professionals and grow Nutricia's business.
* Navigate healthcare organisations and interact with various stakeholders to uncover needs and drive large-scale value.
* Collaborate with the wider team and other internal functions to deliver the Healthcare Nutrition strategy to your customer.
About You:
* A qualified and experienced Dietitian or Nurse with a background in hospital or community care—ideally with additional experience in sales or a corporate setting.
* Experience as a Key Account Manager, Business Development Manager, or Sales Representative in the Medical Nutrition field.
* Proven ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders in hospital settings, with a strong drive to seek business growth opportunities.
* Excellent communication skills that enable you to build relationships effortlessly.
* Natural commercial acumen to identify and capitalize on opportunities.
* Strong negotiation and networking skills to foster valuable connections.
* Resilience and autonomy in managing your time effectively and working independently.
