At Hallmark Integrated Health Services, we're expanding our team in Bairnsdale and seeking experienced or early-career Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and Speech Pathologists to deliver exceptional, person-centred care in the community.

NDIS training will be provided for successful candidates to ensure comprehensive understanding of the scheme requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
* Functional, mobility and communication assessments
* Goal-based therapy and reablement programs
* Equipment and assistive technology prescription
* Home modifications and pain management
* Documentation and progress reporting
* Collaboration with other allied health professionals and support coordinators

About You
We'd love to hear from you if you are:
* Qualified in OT, Physio, or Speech Pathology (with AHPRA or SPA registration)
* Passionate about community-based practice
* A strong communicator and team player
* Committed to person-centred, culturally responsive care
* Hold a Visa to work in Australia
* Hold a current driver's licence and have access to a reliable vehicle for community visits
