**Requirements**:
**Essential Criteria**
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or another relevant qualification.
- Excellent problem-solving and time management skills.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity.
- Ability to work with a variety of IT software platforms.
- A commitment to the mission, vision, and core values of the College.
- Working with Children Check.
