Senior Contracts Administrator – Mining Civil and NPI
Location: Perth, WA
Salary: 160K – 170K + super
As a Senior Contracts Administrator with our client, a privately owned Mining construction company in Australia, you will get to manage contracts pre and post, managing up to EPCMs on major projects for clients like Rio and BHP. You will be part of a team of 5 reporting to the commercial manager and provide advise to operations managers and project managers on the commercial aspect of the contract.
Key Responsibilities
Drafting & negotiating contracts and subcontracts
Complete variations and claims
Provide notices and assessments on the contract
Cost reporting
Mentor junior team members and site administrators
What You'll Bring
3+ years' experience in the construction industry ideally transport or water infrastructure
Negotiated contracts of 25 million and above
Strong competence in claims and legacy contracts
Ability to closeout a contract
