Job Description
o Provide comprehensive legal advice in relation to Wills and Estates matters (wills, trusts, probate, administration).
o Prepare and review legal documentation to a high standard.
o Advocate for clients' interests in court proceedings when necessary.
o Manage a diverse caseload while maintaining high levels of client service.
o Contribute to the development of the firm's Wills and Estates practice.
o Maintain up-to-date knowledge of developments in Wills and Estates law.
o Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide holistic services to clients.
o Uphold the firm's values and professional standards at all times.
The Successful Applicant
The successful 'Lawyer/Associate in Wills and Estates' will have:
o A degree in Law and admission to practice in ACT.
o 1-4 years PQE.
o Experience in the field of Wills and Estates.
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
o A commitment to providing high-quality client service.
o The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
o High levels of attention to detail and accuracy in legal work.
