Required Skills
Valid HR/HC licenses (highly desirable)
Proven experience operating heavy machinery including CAT Graders, Rollers, Watercart, Loaders, and Heavy Combination Trucks
Ability to float equipment between multiple sites efficiently
Strong safety awareness and adherence to operational protocols
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Nice to Have Skills
Prior experience working on & maintaining access roads
Additional licenses or certifications related to heavy equipment operation
Knowledge of maintenance and minor repair procedures for plant equipment
Preferred Education and Experience
Valid driver's licenses with relevant heavy equipment operation endorsement
Minimum of 2 years experience operating heavy machinery in construction or infrastructure settings
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications are advantageous
Other Requirements
Ability to work a 8/6 roster, dayshift only
Must be willing to work residentially in Karratha
Flexibility to move equipment between sites as required
