Atchison Trucks are part of the Daimler dealer network and specialize in Mercedes Benz, Freightliner and Fuso trucks. We are also a dealer for Penske Power Systems.
We are located on the beautiful Central Coast which offers a great family lifestyle and is only 1 hour from Sydney and Newcastle, located just off the M1 Motorway .
Atchison Trucks are expanding and as a result of growth to our business, we are looking for passionate and motivated individuals to join our team.
Job Description:
We are looking for a Service Advisor to join our team, to act as liaison between our customers and the Service Department .
Responsibilities:
Welcoming customers to our Service Department and gathering an understanding of clients needs
Scheduling appointments and communicating vehicle symptoms and repair solutions
Quoting accurate parts and labour prices
Monitoring progress of repairs and keeping customers informed about the status of their vehicle
Handling customer enquiries and concerns with professionalism
Preparing invoices and closing Repair Orders efficiently
Requirements:
Experience in a similar role or in an administrative capacity
Excellent customer service and strong communication skills
Sound Computer skills, ideally proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Primarily Excel, Outlook)
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Able to adapt to a changing environment, and the ability to multi task under pressure
Support Administration Dept when needed
