The Human Resources Officer – Learning and Development (L&D) plays a crucial role in fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development within our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying learning needs, developing training programs, and implementing effective learning strategies to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. Role location: Logan Central
Role type: Permanent, full-time
Pay range: $101,106 a year/$51.00 an hour, with salary packaging exempt from Fringe Benefits Tax available
In this role you will:
* Be skilled in using learning management systems and digital tools to support employee development
* Show a track record of partnering with leaders and managers to identify training needs and implement effective development solutions
* Be confident in facilitating induction, onboarding, and ongoing training initiatives across multiple programs
* Have experience in sourcing, evaluating, and engaging appropriate training providers to deliver high-quality learning and development solutions tailored to organisational needs
