Job Description
We are seeking a skilled professional to provide customer support to existing customers in the APAC region. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Consumer Goods industry and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing support tickets, analyzing and debugging requests, and working with multiple departments to achieve successful outcomes for clients.
* Manage support tickets to meet Service Level Objectives
* Update customers on progress and estimated completion dates
* Work with various departments to resolve client issues
* Monitor and improve client health, flagging potential risks
* Contribute to knowledge base development and run sessions with customers for complex issues
* Develop expertise in multiple products to assist the APAC Support team
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Experience in the Consumer Goods industry, software or business background
* Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
