**The Company**
**About the Role**
You will play a vital role in supporting the sales and marketing functions of the agency. This role works closely with the marketing team, agents and management team to ensure all property campaigning runs smoothly and seamlessly. Training will be provided.
**The Duties**
- Creating and ordering marketing materials for properties - brochures; signboards; letters; flyers
- Management of social media campaigns
- Scheduling and booking media services such as photographers & videographers
- Liaising with external contractors, conveyancers, clients & customers
- Process sales transactions & oversee the office debit/credit system
- Managing settlement gifts and keys for buyers and vendors
- Management of office inventory
- Maintain the reception & office space ensuring it is well-organised and presentable
**Skills & Experience**
- Initiative and a passion for the industry
- Previous administration / reception experience is advantageous
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
- High level of care factor and customer service
- Neat & tidy presentation
