Job Summary

As a Manager of Implementations, you will work closely with our customers to help them reach their goals and realize maximum value from Enable during their implementation phase of the customer relationship. You will be responsible for the implementation phase outcomes for assigned customers. In this position, you will manage a team of Implementation Analysts and demonstrate dedication and proactivity to the development of your direct reports.

You will work closely with a Customer Success Manager who will be accountable for the overall success of the customer throughout their entire life cycle at Enable. You will work with customers of all sizes from SMB and Mid-market segments of the Enable portfolio to large Enterprise and Strategic corporations, successfully onboarding them and completing feature implementation projects. You will become the trusted advisor who will empower our customers to decommission their legacy processes.

In this position, you will lead and manage a team of Implementation Analysts who will report directly to you. You will demonstrate dedication and proactivity to the development of your own sub-team focused on successfully implementing customer projects.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and coordinate end-to-end implementation processes, ensuring timely and successful delivery of solutions that meet client needs.
* Manage multiple concurrent implementation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to customer specifications.
* Work closely with your sub-team, and flexible resource pool, driving your customers through the Enable Customer Journey, from the early Onboarding stages to being fully adopted. Ensure customers are self-sufficiently and proficiently using the Enable platform.
* Identify and action areas of opportunity for Implementation Analyst development in alignment with their designated career tracks. Empower your team to help customers decommission their legacy processes and become fully confident using Enable as their Rebate source of truth.
* Proactively balance and optimize Implementation Team resource utilization across a portfolio of assigned projects.
* Work closely with an assigned Project Manager to assess, manage, mitigate and report on project risk and scope.
* Ensure relevant project records are maintained as per standards for assigned customers in the Project Management platform (GuideCX).
* Continuously learn and upskill yourself to become a rebate industry expert your customers can rely upon for best implementation practices.
* Support your Implementation Team and assigned Customer Success Manager in mitigating project delays or managing escalations with key customer stakeholders from end users to C-level executives.
* Develop and lead your Implementation team to become the product consultants the customers rely on to reduce Time to Value with Enable.


Requirements:
* Proven Manager of Implementations background with a minimum of 4 years' experience working with customers of all sizes in the SaaS industry.
* Track record of high achievement in your current SaaS Implementation Management role, including delivering complex projects on time, on budget and in scope.
* Ability to work closely with key internal stakeholders daily to drive customer project velocity; Project Managers, Customer Success Managers/Directors, Implementation Consultants.
* Experience managing and leading a team of individual contributors.
* Natural rapport builder and effective communicator with a passion for driving positive changes and providing first class project delivery to customers.
* A leader who helps to build and foster a strong and supportive team culture.
* Great prioritization skills to work through internal projects and act as an escalation point for team and customer concerns.
* Works well with internal teams, balancing team and customer's success with company needs and opportunities.
* Desire to thrive in a fast-changing hyper-growth environment while leading and growing a high-calibre team.
* Experience with expanding your team – screening, interviewing and onboarding new starters.
* Ability to work effectively with multiple departments (Product, Sales, Customer Success) to deliver high-quality implementations to multiple customers.
