The role
We're partnering with three leading life insurers known for its strong claims philosophy, supportive leadership, and commitment to doing the right thing for customers when it matters most.
For you;
- Salary range of $135K - $150K (depending on experience) + bonuses

- Hybrid working 2 or 3 days in the office

As a Senior Claims Consultant you will;
- Manage a reduced portfolio of complex or sensitive claims (around 30-35 claims)
- Conduct file reviews on assessed claims for payment approvals
- Provide strategy advice and coaching/mentoring to claims consultants
- Be involved in projects and change management.
What You'll Bring
- You're someone who combines technical capability with strong emotional intelligence.
- Proven experience managing retail life insurance claims
- Strong understanding of policy interpretation and claims philosophy
- Experience coaching, mentoring, file reviews and supporting others with technical queries
