About the Role

The Clinical Coordinator – Specialist Clinics will support effective operational workflows in the medical-led Specialist Clinics at Albury Wodonga Health. The role focuses on supporting end-to-end referral management processes and implementing standardised practices to meet key performance indicators.

Responsibilities

• Support the productive operation of Specialist Clinics through organisational processes.
• Manage the end-to-end referral workflow, ensuring timely and effective patient pathways.
• Collaborate with administration, clinic leads, senior clinicians, allied health professionals, and support services.
• Assist in embedding the new role within Albury Wodonga Health and adapt to changing demands.

Qualifications

• Experience working within a multidisciplinary clinical team and understanding the roles of various team members.
• Demonstrated ability to work unsupervised and effectively during periods of high demand and competing priorities.
• Strong collaboration with administration, clinic leads, senior clinicians, allied health professionals, and relevant support services.
• Ability to be flexible and collaborative, assisting in embedding this new role within Albury Wodonga Health.
