Administration/Accounts Officer
We are seeking a highly organized Administration / Accounts Officer to provide dedicated support to our finance and administration team.
This full-time role is based in Toowoomba and supports the Group Finance and wider business operations.
* Process supplier invoices and prepare payment runs
* Raise customer jobs, invoices, and follow up outstanding payments
* Complete bank and credit card reconciliations
* Support payroll by collecting and checking timesheets
* Maintain accurate data in ERP systems
* Keep records audit-ready and well organized
* Provide administrative support across business units, including filing, reporting, and document control
Key requirements:
* 2–5 years' experience in an accounts or finance admin role
* Practical knowledge of accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations
* Competence with accounting software
* Strong Excel and Outlook skills
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with numbers
* Ability to organize and prioritize competing tasks
* Confident communication and teamwork skills
* Experience in construction or manufacturing industries
* Familiarity with ERP systems and compliance reporting
