Job Description:
The primary function of this role is to monitor and manage exception reports related to account, opportunity, quote, contract, and license data quality.
This involves regular review of exception reports to identify data quality issues across accounts, opportunities, quotes, contracts, and licenses.
Additionally, the role requires investigation and resolution of identified data discrepancies, collaborating with relevant teams to correct records and maintain data integrity.
Validation and quality assurance are also key aspects of this position, providing feedback on areas where additional validation or quality checks could enhance data accuracy and reliability.
Furthermore, process improvement is a crucial part of this job, working with cross-functional teams to recommend process improvements for data handling, contributing to better data governance and reduced error rates.
Maintaining clear documentation of data quality processes, exceptions, and resolutions, as well as developing regular reports to track data quality trends and improvement initiatives, are essential responsibilities.
Lastly, collaboration with IT, Salesforce administrators, and other internal stakeholders is necessary to ensure data quality standards align with business needs and support ongoing data initiatives.

Requirements:
1. Minimum 2 years of experience in data quality, data management, or a related field, with a strong focus on data accuracy and governance.
2. Familiarity with CRM systems (such as Salesforce) and experience working with data related to accounts, opportunities, and contracts.
