Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned properties
Coordinate maintenance and repairs with vendors and contractors
Conduct regular property inspections and address tenant concerns promptly
Manage leasing activities, including tenant screenings and lease negotiations
Ensure compliance with local regulations and lease agreements
Cultivate positive relationships with tenants, owners, and vendors
Qualifications:
Previous experience in property management or real estate preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of local landlord-tenant laws and Fair Housing regulations
