**Project Team Lead**

- Benetas has an exciting opportunity for a
- **Project Team Lead** role. This role would be suited to an individual who has background in managing projects. The
- **Project Team Lead** will provide workforce and scheduling expertise, assist with recruitment, coordinate seamless transition of client services, and provide administrative support, advice and coordination to the CHSP project. The role will be based in our Gisborne or Bendigo office and reporting to the Regional Business Manager within the Rural North West Community Health and Care team. This is a fixed-term role for six months with a view to extend.
**Your key responsibilities will involve**:
- Lead the regional team to deliver excellent customer service
- Assist with the preparation, editing and formatting of project reports and correspondence
- Ensure the team is well supported to deliver excellent service at all times by identifying team and individual development needs and assisting individuals to achieve their goals
- Be the first point of contact with transitioning clients and services to address any queries that arise from the project/transition and escalate queries as required
- Application of Common Wealth Home Support Programme Guidelines to the implementation of the programs, client services and DEX reporting
- Maintain up-to-date manual and electronic filing system and electronic databases
- Undertake travel to attend project activities and meetings
- Perform high quality, accuracy and timeliness of all correspondence with internal and external stakeholders
- Work collaboratively with the project/transition team members and key external stakeholders to meet project targets
- Undertake duties as directed / requested by the Regional Business Manager to support the delivery and successful Implementation and delivery of the project.
**To thrive in this role you will have**:
- Qualification in aged care, management, business or related discipline
- Demonstrated current experience and capability in supporting and working with project/transition team members and stakeholders to achieve project goals and outcomes
- Demonstrated experience in the aged care industry
- Demonstrated experience in continuous improvement and innovation
- Experience in leadership and management skills with demonstrated experience in leading change
- Experience in leading projects or project management
- Critical thinking and analytical skills
- Highly developed computer and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with experience liaising with people from diverse backgrounds and positions
- Ability to manage a remote workforce, experience preferred
- Excellent organisational skills and problem solving skills required to work with multiple deadlines
