We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Administrator to provide high-level administrative support to our Public Health Nursing (PHN) Operational Managers.
The ideal candidate will manage administrative staff within teams, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and adherence to our policies and procedures.
This role involves leading the PHN Management team administration and supporting good practice among team members.
Key responsibilities include performing administrative and secretarial duties, including electronic scheduling of meetings, formatting communications, and collating service information.
The successful candidate will also support projects, demonstrate a calm and organised approach, and communicate effectively with colleagues and external organisations.
Main Duties
Responsibilities include running day-to-day administration support for PHN Operational Managers and wider team using advanced IT skills and software programmes.
The ideal candidate will develop, complete, and maintain information on IT systems, retrieve reports for monitoring and evaluation.
Duties also include planning and managing room bookings, meetings, training, and event planning.
Additional responsibilities involve transcribing meeting minutes as required.
