Linux Systems Professional
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our consulting team and work with a leading client on a key transformation engagement.
* Install, configure, and maintain physical and virtual RHEL servers.
* Manage the storage environment on Linux systems.
* Configure and troubleshoot backups or file systems.
* Monitor performance and troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues.
* Patching and security hardening in line with policies.
* Develop scripts and playbooks to automate routine tasks.
* Ensure high availability and reliable data management across the fleet.
Key Skills & Experience
* Experience working within an enterprise environment.
* Strong skills in Spectrum Protect or Spectrum Scale.
* Proficiency in scripting with Bash or Python.
* Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible or Puppet.
* Knowledge of IBM storage hardware or SAN networking is desirable.
* Relevant certifications such as RHCE are advantageous.
Spectrum Protect (SpectrumScale) Scripting experience (Python, Bash) Configuration Management (Ansible, Puppet) Storage Administration(RHELSAN)
