About the Role

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for resolving customer technical issues through diligent research, reproduction, and troubleshooting while applying acquired knowledge.
* Respond to customer inquiries and technical problems through web portal, live sessions, and telephone.
* Address customer business needs and technical issues through diligent research, reproduction, and troubleshooting while applying acquired knowledge.
* Document all technical inquiries and develop content for knowledge sharing for both internal purposes and customer-facing platforms.
* Collaborate with other global support colleagues, security services, sales, operations, and administration to ensure the long-term success of our customers and the company.
Key Responsibilities:
* Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Provide high-quality technical support and resolve customer technical issues through effective troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques.
* Communication and Collaboration: Develop strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders through effective communication and collaboration.
* Knowledge Sharing: Document technical inquiries and develop content for knowledge sharing to improve customer satisfaction and reduce resolution times.
Requirements:
* At least 4 years' experience in Technical Support or a similar role in a software company.
* Strong technical troubleshooting skills and problem-solving abilities.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Windows server platforms with emphasis on Windows Servers administration, Active Directory, RDS, and GPO in enterprise environments.
* 2+ years of experience in Linux (RHEL, CentOS) system and network administration.
