What you'll be doing:
* Leading and mentoring a tight-knit team of driven consultants
* Managing and expanding an established client portfolio - including site visits and account strategy
* Driving business development and delivering outstanding recruitment solutions
* Maintaining high standards in candidate care, compliance, and service across temp and perm roles
* Collaborating closely with leadership to achieve team and individual KPIs
What you'll bring to the table:
Previous experience working in a recruitment agency environment is essential
* At least 12 months' experience in a client-facing or account management recruitment role
* Strong experience recruiting for a temp desk
* Prior leadership or mentoring experience
* A solid track record of meeting KPIs and growing business
* Top-notch communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
* A proactive, energetic mindset with a genuine love for people and teamwork
