Position Purpose
The People and Culture Coordinator / Advisor plays an important role in supporting organisational capability, engagement and culture. Working closely with managers and employees, this role helps deliver practical, values-aligned HR support across the full employee lifecycle. This is a hands‑on role with growing advisory exposure, balancing day‑to‑day HR delivery with opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will support the development of people frameworks, assist leaders through change, and contribute to positive employee experience, wellbeing and engagement within a growing and evolving organisation.

The Opportunity
In this role, you will:
* Support senior HR leadership in acting as a trusted advisor to leaders on people, performance, and workplace matters
* Manage end‑to‑end recruitment and onboarding to support workforce capability
* Contribute to engagement, wellbeing and culture initiatives aligned to organisational values
* Support performance development conversations and capability uplift across teams
* Maintain and continuously improve HR policies, frameworks and documentation
* Analyse workforce data to support informed people decisions
* Partner with leaders to identify capability gaps and succession opportunities
* Drive improvements to HR systems, processes and employee experience
