A beautiful award-winning restaurant is seeking a Restaurant Manager to take ownership of their front of house team. Key Responsibilities
* Lead our skilled FOH team through service and set the highest service standards (while still keeping things fun!).
* Provide training, mentorship, and support to the FOH team.
* Enforce systems and streamline operational efficiency during service.
* Collaborate with the kitchen and GM to plan services effectively.
* Rostering and shift management of the restaurant team.
* Beverage ordering and stock control.
* Be present on the floor to engage with customers and create wonderful guest experiences you are genuinely proud to be a part of.
About You:
* Experience managing a bustling venue, wine bar/restaurant ideal.
* True passion for hospitality, hands-on leadership.
* Excellent food and beverage knowledge.
* Strong organisational, time management, and communication skills.
* Care & attention to detail.
* Warm and confident demeanour, fantastic customer-facing skills.
