Flexible NSW base location Newly created strategic leadership role Guide Market Expansion & small team About the Opportunity As a motivated field sales leader, you have the opportunity to join a leading ASX100 listed leader in the industrial/heavy industry sector. In this newly created strategic leadership role, you will inherit an established key account portfolio of tier one clients across a large NSW region, along with a small team of Account managers to coach and develop. This pivotal role is centred on managing and driving sales initiatives, building key customer relationships, and leading a team to drive growth and market expansion. The successful candidate will bear P&L responsibility and execute sales strategies to bolster market presence. This role is 60% field based thus can be situated in Sydney, Wollongong, Newcastle or in between. An office presence is required two days per week. About You You are a seasoned sales leader with a proven track record of driving success through client-facing interactions in an industrial/ heavy industry B2B setting. Your expertise lies in expanding market share and developing territories, showcasing your ability to thrive in competitive and complex environments. You have proven team leadership skills with a hands-on and high-touch style, emphasizing the development of capabilities and the execution of strategic sales plans with precision. Your attention to process and structure ensures efficiency and effectiveness in every endeavour. You are an excellent communicator with demonstrated ability to relate to stakeholders at various levels. You are known for your strategic mindset, adeptness in navigating complex organisational structures, and commitment to customer satisfaction through data-driven insights.
