About the Role:
Diagnostics
: Be the problem solver for our sales division for caravans, motorhomes, and campers—everything from mechanical to 12V electrical, plumbing, and accessories.
Servicing
: Support the service department in an overflow capacity, keeping your skills relevant to your trade.
Team Collaboration
: Join a supportive crew that values quality, reliability, diligence, and being a true team player.
What We're Looking For:
Diagnostic Skills
: A background in automotive or associated trades (e.g. auto accessories, auto electrical) with a passion for trouble-shooting.
Communication Skills
: You take pride in documenting your findings and working with parts and the sales teams to ensure repairs run smoothly.
Team Spirit
: Happy to work both independently and alongside colleagues in a fun, close-knit environment.
Caravan Passion
: Genuine interest in how caravans function — including plumbing, mechanical, 12-volt and solar systems — and a desire to help customers enjoy safe, reliable adventures on the road.
Requirements
:
C Class Driver's License
Willingness to undergo a National Police Clearance
Mechanical or workshop diagnostic experience
Physically fit and agile for the demands of the job
Experience using tools in a workshop setting
