Overview
Assistant / Duty Manager position at Figtree Hotel, Redcape Hospitality. Join our Leadership Team to help run the Hotel's operations in a hands-on role that includes FOH and BOH duties.
Responsibilities
* Lead a variety of internal teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
* Maintain exceptional venue standards in cleanliness and presentation.
* Create and nurture a positive work environment so that all team members can thrive.
* Fulfil rotating rostered shifts including opens, mids, closes, weekends and public holidays in alignment with the hotel's operating hours.
Qualifications
* Minimum of 2 years experience in a relevant hospitality role.
* Required: RSA, RCG & ARCG (or willingness to obtain).
