As a Traffic Engineer, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of infrastructure in Melbourne. You'll plan and organise the procurement of materials like signage and barriers to support traffic control plans, manage and coordinate traffic management activities, and develop, implement, and maintain Traffic Management Plans (TMPs) and Vehicle Movement Plans (VMPs), including securing all necessary permits.
Key requirements include:
* Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or similar.
* Significant experience in civil construction traffic management, preferably in a principal contractor environment.
* Formal qualifications relating to traffic management design, implementation and audit.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Current C-Class Driver's License.
