The role of QLD Area Manager is a key position within the organization, responsible for onboarding and managing new dealers to sell products within their stores. This involves prospecting potential dealers, developing and training their teams in selling products and meeting sales objectives.
As an Area Manager, you will be the main point of contact for dealers from an accounts and escalations perspective. You will work closely with state managers to execute and deliver sales results and KPIs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in retail, customer service, and account management. They must also possess strong persuasion skills, be self-sufficient, and act professionally at all times.
In addition to your core responsibilities, you will also provide creative and specialist advice on merchandising and category management to help achieve sales goals. You will need to travel within QLD and have access to your own private transport.
