With 6 permanent staff and a team of casuals that cover the influx of work, this civil construction company is looking to grow their team by adding a Leading Hand/Foreman who is capable of running jobs and crew.
The business is currently in the transition on closing out projects within the next month and starting up new projects and have a robust pipeline of works.
**Skills & Experience**:
- Demonstrated experience as a Leading Hand on Civil Construction Projects
- Knowledge and experience in Bulk Earthworks, Pipework, Road Construction and concreting
- Experience with sub-divisions is advantageous
- Construction Industry Card
- Current Driver's License
- Proven ability to deliver projects to agreed outcomes
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Start-ups, toolboxes and site inductions
- Mitigating and reporting incidences
- Procurement and scheduling of labour, subcontractors, equipment and effective management of materials.
