Project Costing Specialist
The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee project costing, manage vendor relationships, and collaborate with the finance team.
Duties:
* Monitor and control daily project expenses
* Develop and maintain effective communication with vendors regarding payments and invoicing
* Work closely with finance to ensure timely and accurate accruals
* Interface with SAP and develop forecasts for project costs
* Utilize Excel and software platforms to manage and track costs
Requirements:
* Extensive experience in construction management
* Proven expertise in cost control and management
* Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing cost management tools (Excel, SAP, Power Bi, SharePoint)
* In-depth understanding of project cost control and financial principles
* Knowledge of cost control software platforms is a significant asset
