As a seasoned finance and account professional, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operational matters of our accounts department.
Your duties will include ensuring the smooth running of General Ledger, Account Receivable, and Account Payable. Additionally, you will manage and prepare full sets of financial statements for our clients, as well as liaise with external auditors and tax experts regarding annual statutory reporting and tax submission.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and prepare comprehensive financial reports for clients
* Liaise with external auditors and tax experts regarding annual statutory reporting and tax submission
* Monitor and prepare reconciliations for all balance sheet items and control accounts
* Assist in the preparation of financial budgets and projections, as well as monthly financial reports to stakeholders
* Collaborate closely with directors, managers, and staff on all operational matters relating to finance
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
* A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience
* Excellent communication and people management skills
* Strong organizational skills
* Good administrative skill and knowledge of financial recording systems
* Sense of responsibility, integrity, and ability to handle confidential matters
