Train Operator and Customer Service Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking a Train Operator and Customer Service Specialist to manage passenger safety and provide exceptional customer service on our trains. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe transportation of passengers while delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Safety Management: Manage passenger safety onboard trains by enforcing safety protocols, responding to emergencies, and maintaining a clean and secure environment.
* Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by being approachable, friendly, and helpful. Ensure that all passengers receive a positive experience while traveling with us.
* Rotating Roster: Work a 24/7 rotating roster to ensure that we have adequate staff coverage at all times. This may include early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and public holidays.
* Driver's License: Hold a valid driver's license and meet our vehicle operation requirements.
