We are looking for a variety of female support workers to join our team to support a number of participants in the region including:
* Palliative Care Support
* Spinal Cord Injury Support
* Mental Health Support Worker
* 24/7 SIL Support
As this is a high complex care model, we are seeking professional workers that have worked with and are confident with clients who live with Spinal Cord injury and complex health support. You will be responsible for providing dedicated, individualized and flexible support services to assist our client to live independently, safely, and comfortably within the community.
Your role will include
* Supporting with personal care - hygiene, transfers, continence, grooming, etc.
* Supporting to access the community - transport to and from appointments or shopping.
* Support our participants to remain as independent as possible within their home and community
* Assist with meal preparation
* Facilitate activities that work towards our Participants meeting and exceeding their personal goals!

Our Applicants will have:
* An engaging Person-centred approach to in-home support with exceptional listening skills.
* Effective communication and relationship building skills.
* A genuine desire to have influence in the lives of people with a disability.
* Proven experience in collaborating with people living with a disability that have high complex care needs, preference to individuals with Spinal Cord injury experience.
Skills & Experience Required:
* Certificate III in Individual Support, Cert IV in Mental Health or similar or Diploma of Nursing/Bachelor of Nursing.
* Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children check.
* Current First Aid and CPR Certificates.
* Current Manual Handling Certificate - or ability to obtain prior to commencement.
* Valid unrestricted Driver's Licence and willing to transport clients.
