We're seeking a skilled clinician with a passion for rehabilitation to join our adult Speech Pathology team at Tasmanian Health Services - Hospital and Primary Care North - based at the Launceston General Hospital.Senior Speech Pathologist - Level 3Permanent Fulltime - $110,425 to $121,907 per annum + 11% superannuationIn this role, you'll become a part of our senior team providing clinical services, leadership, and support to our adult team with a strong focus on rehabilitation in communication and dysphagia. You will help lead and guide the team in areas of acute, subacute, and outpatient rehabilitation.Demonstrated knowledge and experience in providing evidence-based contemporary rehabilitation, experience working in a range of service areas across the continuum of care, and the ability to work in a dynamic and flexible work environment is highly desirable for this position. Competency in Instrumental Swallowing Assessment and Analysis or willingness to undergo competency training will also be highly regarded.In this role, you will mentor and support your peers, developing young professionals, and students from the University of Tasmania's Masters of Speech Pathology program.Your ongoing learning will be supported through a generous Professional Development (PD) budget, paid travel expenses to attend interstate PD events, active clinical supervision, and peer support programs.If you share our values of Compassion, Accountability, Respect, and Excellence (CARE), come and join us.Details of Appointment:Permanent full-time, day worker, working up to 76 hours per fortnight, commencing 30 June 2025.
