You’ll lead a capable HR and Safety team, oversee systems and policies across the organisation, and deliver strategic workforce planning and WHS risk management. You’ll work in partnership with operational leaders to develop and implement a high-impact HR & Safety Strategy, aligning closely with the broader organisational goals.About youYou’re a resilient and values-driven leader who thrives on balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
