Property Manager | No Saturdays | $70–$90k + Bonuses
Manage a residential rental portfolio with leasing, inspection and admin support.
No Saturdays, strong salary package, KPI bonuses and a supportive team environment.
We're looking for a motivated, solutions-focused Property Manager to join our growing residential team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership of a portfolio while also contributing to how systems and processes are built and improved. You'll suit this role if you're adaptable, tech-savvy, and bring a positive, can-do attitude to your work; someone who sees challenges as opportunities to improve rather than obstacles.
You'll be responsible for the end-to-end management of a residential rental portfolio, primarily located in the Pakenham area. While this is a hands-on role, you won't be doing it alone. You'll be supported by dedicated leasing, inspections and administration support, allowing you to focus on communication, organisation and proactive portfolio management.
Property management naturally comes with its ups and downs, so this role will suit someone who can remain calm, professional and solutions-focused, even in challenging situations. We're looking for someone resilient, adaptable and comfortable navigating change; with a proactive and considered approach to problem-solving.
What we offer
We offer a $70,000–$90,000 salary package (depending on experience), plus KPI-based bonuses that reward performance and effort. This is a Monday-Friday role with no Saturdays as we value work-life balance and long-term team retention.
You'll be joining a supportive, close-knit and positive team, within a growing business where there is genuine opportunity to grow alongside the company and help shape how the department operates.
About you
You'll bring previous property management experience (or be ready to step up), hold a current Agent's Representative Certificate, and be confident using property management software and technology. Strong communication, organisation and follow-up skills are essential, as is a positive, professional and resilient approach to your work.
If you're calm, adaptable and want to be part of a team that values attitude just as much as experience, we'd love to hear from you.
A provisional Real Estate Agent's Representative licence is required at the time of application.
Apply now by submitting your resume along with a cover letter outlining your experience and explaining why you believe you would be a strong fit for this role. If you have any questions at all, please don't hesitate to contact Jamie-Lee on for a confidential discussion.
