This store-based role requires availability to work 38 hours over selected weekdays and weekend days and to support the Stockroom Manager in all Stockroom operational needs and deliver a premium Stockroom model for our Store Team.What's on offer?
A competitive salaryRetail bonus schemeGenerous employee discounts on adidas productCareer development with an iconic global sports brandResponsibilitiesSupporting the day-to-day stockroom operations with logistics, inventory management and stock-to-floor service to provide a premium consumer experience.Providing feedback to the store management team on required resources within the store to achieve all Stockroom operational needs and maintain a Premium Stockroom model.Representing the adidas brand and product values in an inspiring and impactful way.Driving and ensuring compliance with Global Retail operational directives, processes, policies and standards within the store back of house.Demonstrating accountability for store performance by maximising the allocation of resources and executing processes to drive profitability and efficiency.Co-ordinating the receiving and stock prep process for deliveries to maximise resources for efficient receipt of products.Sustaining inventory integrity within the store by implementing correct stock accuracy procedures and conducting weekly inventory cycle counts.Transferring stock accurately and efficiently to other stores according to requirements communicated by District Manager and Retail Merchandise team.Supporting the store management team by providing consumers with outstanding experience while meeting or exceeding commercial goals.Experience?
