About the Role:
RACQ North Lakes is looking for a fun, energetic sales and service superstar to join our team. Experience is not necessary, but sales experience is desirable and a willingness to learn is important. We will provide comprehensive, tailored training to set you up for success. As a Relief Member Engagement Consultant, you will be based at our North Lakes store but will be required to cover all RACQ stores.
As a Retail Consultant, you will create exceptional customer service experiences for our members by delivering tailored solutions across a range of assistance, insurance, and banking products and services.
* Rate of pay at commencement is $34.49 + Super + Penalty Rates + Travel allowance
* Rostered between 8:30am – 5:00PM and 9:15AM – 12:15PM every second Saturday with a rostered weekday off each fortnight.
* Relief role primarily based in North Lakes; you will need your own reliable vehicle for travel to other store locations.
About you:
Customer service and a desire to help are key. We seek applicants who love helping others, thrive in a fast-paced sales environment, can adapt to change, build meaningful relationships with colleagues, and have an excellent work ethic.
You should be eager to learn, comfortable dealing with members face-to-face and via phone, and possess strong written, verbal, and communication skills.
