Responsibilities
* Develop and implement quality improvement processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency in our surveys.
* Lead and manage a team of surveyors, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality results.
* Collaborate with other teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes.
* Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and industry standards.
* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and contractors.
Key Requirements
* Tertiary qualifications in Surveying or equivalent.
* High level of experience in surveying or registration as land surveyor.
* Thorough knowledge of relevant legislation and industry standards.
* Experience in a similar role.
* Cadastral experience is highly desirable.
