Job Opportunity

As a Field Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and supporting a team of technicians in the successful delivery of field-based installation and fault repairs.

The role involves maintaining high standards in health, safety, quality, and compliance while providing technical support and resolving complaints.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Safety Leadership**: Ensure all direct reports adhere to health and safety protocols and conduct regular toolbox meetings to discuss HSE, quality, and performance.
- **KPI Management**: Track and address KPIs related to safety, quality, vehicle audits, customer complaints, and job compliance.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Collaborate with key stakeholders through meetings and joint ride-ons to meet KPI and contractual obligations.
- **Team Development**: Mentor, train, and coach field technicians, fostering a culture of safety and best practices. Identify training needs and coordinate improvement programs.
- **Performance Management**: Administer performance management processes to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- **Customer Focus**: Prioritize customer experience, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure operational KPI targets are met consistently.
- **Operational Support**: Provide support to various departments to align field operations with requirements using tools like Power BI.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Minimum 5 years' experience in a leadership role within the communications industry.
- Certificate III in Telecommunications.
- In-depth knowledge of technologies (FTTX, HFC, etc.).
- Relevant licenses and qualifications including Driver's License, White Card, Working at Heights, Power Awareness Training, Traffic Control Training, First Aid.
