About the Role
As a Diploma Educator, you will:
* Support the implementation of a high-quality educational program aligned with the EYLF
* Build strong, respectful relationships with children and families
* Contribute to observations, documentation and planning
* Work collaboratively with your Room Leader and team
* Ensure a safe, nurturing and engaging learning environment
About You
* Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
* Current Working With Children Check
* Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis (or willing to obtain)
* Strong communication skills
* A positive, reliable and team-focused attitude
* Genuine passion for working with children
