This role works collaboratively with project teams, business units, subject matter experts (SMEs), and system users to ensure that training materials and documentation are accurate, engaging, and aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities : Design, develop, and deliver training content for IT software.
Create high-quality learning materials, including user guides, quick reference guides, e Learning modules, FAQs, videos, and job aids.
Collaborate with system owners, project teams, and end users to identify training needs, workflows, and knowledge gaps.
Coordinate and conduct application training sessions for testing purposes and train the trainers.
Ensure all content aligns with accessibility and inclusive communication standards.
Track and evaluate the effectiveness of training delivery and content through surveys, feedback, and performance metrics.
Manage a Share Point content repository or ensure all resources are easily accessible.
Champion the use of digital tools and learning technologies to improve training engagement and learning outcomes.
Experience : Demonstrated experience developing and delivering training for enterprise software applications.
Proficiency in using authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate), video creation tools (e.g., Camtasia), and collaboration platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, Share Point, Teams).
Strong document writing and formatting experience, including plain language principles.
Understanding of adult learning principles and user-centered design.
