Administration and Finance Professional
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administration and Finance Professional to join our team. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our care management team, assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll tasks, and bank reconciliations.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Monitoring client budgets, entering expenses into client profiles, and preparing client statements
* Assisting with recruitment and supervision of care staff
* Providing administration support to the care management team
* Managing incoming queries from potential and existing clients
Our ideal candidate will have:
* A high degree of computer literacy
* Experience in an administration and finance role
* Familiarity with Xero accounting package is highly desirable
This is a full-time or part-time opportunity with flexible hours. The successful candidate will be able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
