Your contribution
Coach & develop the team through constructive & effective feedback with the aim to improve employee knowledge, performance & reduce staff turnover.
Participate in and coordinate innovation activities relating to operations & service practices to improve the customer & employee experience.
Lead by example through superior customer service, positive & effective communication & productivity.
Demonstrate dispute resolution techniques to resolve staff and customer grievances efficiently ensuring a positive business outcome is achieved.
Work well under pressure with the ability to multi task.
Efficiently & effectively report on customer and employee related incidents.
Do you have
* A passion for exceptional customer service
* Sound knowledge and experience in hospitality
* A Police Check
* Do you hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate?
* Do you hold a current Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG) certificate?
* Do you have a current Police Check (National Police Certificate) for employment?
* How many years' experience do you have as a duty manager?
* How many years of people management experience do you have?
* What's your expected annual base salary?
* Do you have an RMLV Certificate?
* Do you have an Approved Managers Licence?
