Working as part of a vibrant and energetic team you will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, providing product information and service as well as undertaking a variety of administrative support duties.
Some of the main responsibilities of this role include:Creating quotes and taking customer orders (by phone, fax and email),Providing support to our counter sales and regional sales teams,Following up on customer complaints and product returns,Liaising with delivery drivers to follow up on customer ordersEnsure customer service area is always mannedMaintaining, servicing existing customer accounts and prospecting for new accountsProcessing of customer ordersWorking closely with the operations, purchasing and accounts teamsIn return to your commitment to the business we are offering a competitive annual salary and the opportunity a rewarding career path for the ambitious individual looking to develop their skills and progress within a national company.
