About the Role
We are seeking a customer service professional to join our team at our Marleston Head Office. The ideal candidate will be a qualified hairdresser with experience in sales and administration, possessing excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and Zendesk, providing a positive and professional experience.
* Process customer orders accurately into our ERP computer system.
* Deliver exceptional customer service, tailoring advice and solutions to meet individual customer needs.
* Provide accurate information regarding products, orders, and services.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
* Track order progress and keep customers informed of any updates.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Hairdressing background essential.
* Minimum 2 years' experience in sales or administration environment.
* Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritise effectively.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
